We strip our girls off their clothes and lock them away or leave them behind, so the girl has absolutely no access to her clothes anymore (also called "no lifeline").
Then, she goes on a looonng walk over the countryside. No chance to cover up when she meets people on the way.

"Small" Nude Hike's: duration of 1-4 hours and a shorter distance
Nude Vacation's: extreme variation ... doing a holiday without clothes ;)
